With a desire to help make life and life decisions less stressful.

Founder, Lisa Leimanis, struggled to find a place - like many - after the pandemic hit. Her cafe had sold, but the seeds of entrepreneurialism had been planted. Like many she had watched family and friends trying to help loved senior members move forward later in life. Downsizing, or moving at all, is stressful on it’s own and there is often more added to the pressure like, sickness, family fights and financial stress. Why is this so hard? Well, many reasons - psychological, financial - every situation is unique.

She wanted to do something to make a difference to someone. She wanted to take her passion for hosting nd helping people and build on it - make it more. In 2022 Lisa sat and passed her realty exam and began formulating and building this resource center. Let’s normalize this conversation. Let’s make things easier on families.
